Kelley Zwisler spent twenty years in talent and operations, building teams, fixing messy systems, and helping people inside other companies. The helping part was always the best part. A simple thank you still means more around here than a big invoice.

When she started over and found bookkeeping, everything clicked. Organization, numbers, and helping people, all in one job. She dove in, took on businesses whose books were genuinely tangled, and discovered she loved the messy ones most. In February 2026, True North Co. became official, and we have been keeping books in Hugo, MN ever since.

Here is the thing that drives this whole firm: what bothers us is not knowing. If a loan balance does not tie out or a deposit does not make sense, we cannot leave it alone.
