We worked through the backlog, reconciled the accounts, cleaned up the history, fixed payroll and sales tax issues, and helped get filings caught up. In a focused stretch of work, they went from overwhelmed to current books, reliable reports, and a clear plan for staying on track.
Untangled a very complicated set of books
One client came to us with multiple businesses, rental properties in two states, several bank and credit card accounts, and more vehicle, mortgage, SBA, FSA, and business loans than anyone could keep straight. This was not a simple cleanup.
Every account, property, and loan had to land in the right place so the balances made sense together. We worked through it piece by piece, reconciled everything, and created a clear financial picture the owner could finally rely on.
